Going Long

We are a part of one of the most exciting stories in the history of the human race. It’s a story that has been unfolding for thousands of years and a story that is unlikely in almost all of its details.

It’s the story of Christianity and how it has spread from a small band of followers to a religious movement that has gone to the ends of the earth. It’s a story that is not yet over and a story in which we have been called to play a significant part.

Join us this Sunday as Rich Barrett presents, “Going Long.” Our service starts at 10:30am at the UNF Fine Arts Center, and programming is available for the whole family. See you there!

It’s Not That Simple

Bunnies, Eggs, Chocolate. It’s so easy for Easter to become separated from the actual, historical event it was intended to celebrate.

But if Jesus didn’t rise from the dead, then our entire faith is in vain. You can’t embrace Christianity without coming to terms with an event in history. A very problematic event. Are we really to believe that someone rose from the dead?

Surprisingly Christians don’t believe that Jesus rose from the dead “just because the Bible says so.” It’s much more powerful than that. Join us on Easter Sunday when Andy Stanley will help us discover compelling reasons to believe that Jesus actually rose from the dead, and that Easter is the celebration of a historical event, not a tradition.

Services are at 9:00am and 10:30am at the UNF Fine Arts Center, and programming for children is available at both hours. Grab a seat early for some great music! See you there!

The Final Hours

Today crosses are an important part of cultures around the world. We see them on the tops of buildings, we wear them as jewelry, and we celebrate them in art and fashion.

So how did the cross go from an unmistakable symbol of suffering and shame in the ancient world to a definitive symbol of hope and salvation in ours?

In this message, The Final Hours, Andy Stanley explores that question by examining Jesus’ choice to die on a cross.

This Sunday: Together

Where are we headed as an organization? What’s our plan to get there?

We’re so excited to share with y’all this Sunday about what God is doing in the lives of people through Access Church, and where we’re headed in the months to come.

We’re going to get there together. Not together like a club made up of people with common interests – but together like a group of people with a common need.

Join us this Sunday!… Read the rest
