Welcome to the Preschool Ministry

Waumba is the Swahilian word for "creator."  Waumba Land is a clean, safe, and carefully staffed small group environment where your children (infants through preschoolers) will be well cared for during both the 9:00am and 10:30am worship services.

Nothing is more important for your young child than beginning to understand who God is. Waumba Land is one opportunity to partner with you, the parent, to introduce your child to their Heavenly Father.  There are three basic truths that we want every preschooler in Waumba Land to have planted in their hearts:

1. God Made Me
2. God Loves Me
3. Jesus Wants To Be My Friend Forever

To help convey these three key truths we use the FirstLook curriculum.

Waumba Land is open 20 minutes prior to the beginning of each worship service.
